My four month of Jack Russel Terrier pulls on his leash really hard when I walk him. He sometimes makes gasping noises when he pulls on it. He also likes to bite the leash and pull on it. He has broken out of his collar and leash when I was walking him once, luckily I was in a fenced in yard. How can I get him to stop pulling on the leash?
Its not too tight, I checked. He simply pulls me around everywhere as soon as he sees something he wants to sniff.
