I find toursim + travel interesting + am planning on studying it next year, but lately more than a few people have told me I’m too shy/quiet for this proffession… does it really matter? I’m not good at holding or even starting conversations but I can try + maybe get better at it.. my point is; is the tourism industry a bad idea for me + i should give it up just because I’m a shy + quiet person?

I am doing a 2 week study abroad program and I was wondering what city would be better to visit. Which one has a better: college, night life, women, toursim attractions, food, other nice cities close by, cheaper?
